Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that clearance items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and shoe boxes, then secure them inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
